Submission Overview

SRPJET publishes original research that contributes meaningfully to engineering and technology. All submissions must be in English, previously unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Types of Articles Accepted

Manuscript Format Requirements

Required Sections (in order)

1. Title — Concise, informative, ≤20 words
2. Author Names & Affiliations — Full names, department, institution, country, ORCID
3. Abstract — 200–300 words; structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions)
4. Keywords — 5–8 keywords separated by semicolons
5. 1. Introduction — Background, literature gap, objectives
6. 2. Materials & Methods (or Methodology / System Design)
7. 3. Results & Discussion
8. 4. Conclusion
9. Acknowledgments (if applicable)
10. Conflict of Interest Statement
11. References

Figures & Tables

• All figures must be high-resolution (≥300 DPI) in TIFF, PNG, or EPS format
• Figures must be numbered (Fig. 1, Fig. 2…) and captioned below the figure
• Tables must be numbered (Table 1, Table 2…) and captioned above the table
• Do not embed figures in the text — submit as separate files
• All axes of graphs must be clearly labeled with units
• Color figures are acceptable at no extra charge

Reference Style

SRPJET uses the IEEE citation style. References are numbered sequentially in the text [1], [2], etc. and listed in order of citation at the end of the manuscript.

• A minimum of 15 references is recommended for research articles
• At least 60% of references should be from peer-reviewed journals
• References must not be older than 10 years unless citing seminal works
• Self-citations should not exceed 15% of the total reference list
• Use DOI hyperlinks wherever available
